The Drop Belt slide lowers the holster 2.25”. This is ideal for competition users as well as tactical use. It has a built-in 5° cant to facilitate a smooth draw. As with the other attachments in our chassis system, your chassis equipped holster body will attach and detach with the flip of a lever

For tactical use, this is a great alternative to a thigh rig. It is a sturdier platform and drops the holster down enough to clear body armor and tactical vests.

Competition shooters will find that they can get a faster, smoother draw by having the grip of the weapon sit slightly lower than a standard belt holster. Combine this with a speed-cut holster and you will notice more time drop off your draw speeds.

The attachment does not have an adjustable cant, but has a built-in 5° cant. If you prefer a muzzle forward cant, just order the opposite hand attachment from what you usually draw, ie: a right-handed shooter would order a left-handed attachment to have a 5° muzzle forward cant.
